“From a passion for cooking and the restoration of an old 18th century stable, Ferrugem was born in 2006 - a space for gastronomic celebration whose main ingredients are comfort, hospitality and the commitment between product, narrative and knowledge. Every day we look for organic products with a Portuguese identity, preferably indigenous and sourced from sustainable agriculture, and we make non-conformism and creativity our condiments.
